PRESIDENT & FOUNDER

  • The Legacy Forum Foundation was created by Sonia Diop, French philanthropist who has quite phenomenal experience in the field of foundations and NGOs specializing in the education of children, human rights and health issues. Developing fundraising strategies and creating networks by targeting their needs at the international level. Her strong background in politics, communications, public relations, luxury brands, events and engagement has given her the ability to think and create the Legacy Forum today.

    The Legacy’s mission is to protect the environment, contribute to cultural and historical education and preserve and transmit the legacy of indigenous communities. With the participation of its multidisciplinary team, is to develop humanitarian and educational projects through Art, Science and the commitment of cultural leaders.

VICE PRESIDENT

  • Rodolfo Oviedo vega was in 2016 awarded the French Senate Medal for his artwork and strengthening of links between France and Latin America. Born in San Salvador, El Salvador, he currently presides as President of the Cultural As-sociation Jour et Nuit Culture in paris and Director of the Internacional Cultural
    Center of Panama. Besides being an artists’ residence, it promotes cinema and exhibitions that have benefited more than 250 artists around the world annualy since 2010. In 2015 he went on to create the ACA association for the promotion of Central American culture.
    His work forms a part of diverse public and private collections and he has exhi-bited in 18 countries around the world. Some of the most notable places are the Pompidou de Metz museum, The ministry of Defence of Spain, Palacio Gomez in La Habana, Cuba under the French Ministry of Exterior relations, the artist house of Tehran, Prince Albert of Monaco’s collection and that of Prince of Bourbon-Two Sicilies, amongst others.

SECRETARY

  • Ghislaine Mind aka Gigi Mind, is a Parisian fashion illustrator and painter. She was published in the famous In Style Magazine. Recently, she worked for Paco Rabanne Beauty department. She also likes to explore her skills in different styles. She has collaborated on two books - children's and lifestyle books . Since 2022, she puts her talent to charity events for underprivileged populations. Besides her work as an illustrator, she is also a yoga teacher for child and adolescent struggle with mental health issues.

PRESIDENT OF THE COMMITTEE

  • After a a PhD in Political Sciences from Oxford University, Anne Le More spent two decades working in international diplomacy on war and peace, conflict resolution, humanitarian crises, and sustainable development.

    In New York, the Middle East and Africa, she has advised world leaders at the United Nations, the OECD and the World Bank, working closely with governments, donors, businesses and civil society organizations.

    Back in France, Anne has now left the world of international diplomacy to embrace entrepreneurship. She focuses on impact and the nexus between food, sustainability and innovation.

    A strong believer in the urgent need for the systemic transformation of our global agriculture and food systems, she works with international organizations, companies, and start-ups in agri-food tech ecosystem. In 2020, she co-founded Chefs4thePlanet, an international coalition of chefs, experts and food lovers dedicated to promoting more sustainable eating practices and responsible gastronomy for our health, well-being and that of the planet.

    She shares with us her passion, her vision on the future of food, and what motivates her engagement and action on climate, biodiversity, sustainability, innovation and … gastronomy! Anne was appointed United Nations Food Champion in May 2021.

The Committee

  • Ms Michèle Sabban has been Councillor of the Regional Council of Ile-de-France from March 1998. Since the beginning of her term, she has worked on strengthening ties and cooperation between Ile-de-France/Paris Metropolitan area and European and International Institutions.

    She was elected President of the Assembly of European Regions (AER) to the General Assembly in Tampere (Finland) from November 2008 to May 2013. Since May 2013, she is President of the interregional exchange program for young people, Eurodyssey.

    Founding Member of R20 Regions of Climate Action in 2010, together with Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, she was appointed President in March 2012 and launched the R20 Green Fund for Women in 2016 during the COP22. She is now President of the R20 Green Fund for Women.

    She was also President of FMDV-Global Fund for Cities Development since 2014 and promotes actionable strategies and mechanisms for financing local and regional governments’ development programs as well as impulsing local economic development based on social cohesion, and green and climate responsible policies.

  • Since childhood, Nicolas Plain, PhD, worked on climate and environmental issues for research organizations (Grenoble Alpes University, IGE, GAEL), public organizations (Météo France), foundations (Solar Impulse Foundation), strategy consulting firms (The Boston Consulting Group), large companies (EDF, Schneider Electric), and then joined the senior administration with the IPEF Corps and the COP21 interministerial team alongside Ségolène Royal to work with the various international institutions.

    In 2015, he created the association "En l'Air pour la Terre" to popularise his scientific knowledge through short, simple and impressive paragliding interviews with experts in these fields. Following the success of these videos, he launched the collection of science and discovery documentaries "Il Faut Sauver!" broadcast on TF1, Ushuaia TV and France Télévision to provide solutions for ecological transition.

  • Julie Bruyère is a dancer, choreographer, stage director and artistic director, producer, author and presenter. She made an international career as a model working for brands such as Dior, Chopard or Jean Paul Gaultier. She flourished in the two most prestigious French cabarets, as Soloist dancer at the Moulin Rouge, then Principal dancer and captain at the Lido de Paris, working with Franco Dragone. In 2017. As well as her stage career at the Lido de Paris, she founded Oneness Entertainment and creates bespoke performances of live arts worldwide for brands such as Hermès, Tiffany & Co, Audemars Piguet and staged fashion shows for L’Oréal, Altuzarra or Fenty.

    A reciprocal fascination with the Papuan naturally gave rise to a documentary broadcasted by France 5 and 27 countries : "Dance with the papuans ». In the process, Julie writes and presents a second 52-minute documentary entitled « Join in the Dance", shot in India and made under patronage of the French Commission for UNESCO.

  • Photographer and Director Marco Grob was born in Switzerland. He began his career as a photographer's assistant in Los Angeles. Upon his return to Switzerland, Marco opened his first studio and worked for twenty years as a still life photographer.

    In 2003, Marco decided to change his career path and focus on portrait and people photography. After his move to New York City, he worked with actors Leonardo DiCaprio, George Clooney, Robert Downey Jr., Scarlett Johansson… musicians such as Sir Elton John, Lady Gaga, Sting, Pink, Seal, Lionel Ritchie and numerous political figures including President Barack Obama, Bill Clinton, George W. Bush and Joe Biden along with many other heads of state.

    His commercial clients in the film industry include Walt Disney Studios, Warner Brothers, Marvel, Netflix, Hulu, NBC Universal, Sony Studios, HBO, and A&E. His work in advertising includes clients like Rolex, IWC Watches, Tag Heuer, the BBC and Louis Vuitton.Marco's work appears regularly in magazines like TIME, GQ, Vanity Fair, Vogue, Esquire, The New York Times Magazine, Wired and New York Magazine.

    His work has won numerous awards over time including an EMMY AWARD for "BEYOND 9/11", an International ADC Gold, Swiss ADC , South African Loerie Awards, Cannes Awards, New York Festival Awards, POYi (Picture of the year), Kunstpreis des Kantons Solothurn 2011 and the prestigious Hasselblad Master 2007.

    Since 2010, Marco has been working passionately and with great dedication for United Nations Mine Action Service (UNMAS) in order to report and educate about the global tragedy caused by 100 million landmines which inflict terror and pain around the world.

    Patrick has led content partnerships as Director of Media Partnerships at Facebook and Instagram, launched YouTube across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and created award-winning TV for NHK and the BBC.

    Throughout his career, he’s focused on the power of emerging technologies to reach new audiences with meaningful content. This drive to innovate led Patrick to become founding investor and CCO of Europe’s largest multi-channel network, Base79, and CEO of Rightster, a leading content and audience development partner of YouTube and Facebook.

    Patrick holds a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Southern California and an M.Ed in Administration, Planning and Social Policy from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.

  • Founder of the Aquaverde Association with proven experience in the field of environmental services for the Amazon rainforest since 2002.

    Proficient in the field of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) as a former delegate of the International Committee of the Red Cross for over 15 years, and known for his proficiency in digital media, Adobe Photoshop, commercial photography and photo photography. 'art.

    Nicolas Fiedler is an Italo-Brazilian sculptor, designer. Growing up he had a lot of orientation from his father, Engineer Nelson Fiedler, on his design, together with designers like Oscar Niemeyer, Frei Otto, and Jaime Lerner, family friends that would dedicate time to share knowledge with Nicolas along the artist's development.

    In the beginning of the 2000s, he got the opportunity to see close the work behind Anish Kapoor's installations built in South America, produced and installed by the Fiedler Engineering Ltda.

    Nicolas worked inside Fiedler Engineering creative hub for 8 years, were he started as a intern and rose to become the Project Director of a group of 8 architects, engineers and designers for its last 3 years inside the company, at the same time as he earned a position of Design Researcher in e-Dau, a designer's network that is spreaded in more than 50 countries.

    Meanwhile his direction, the group developed more 30 metallic and tensile structure projects as churches, schools, theaters, temporary hospitals, festival installations, night clubs, and more.
